Federal Criminal Appeals

The process of drafting and arguing an appeal to your case requires a different skillset than the skills required presenting to a jury.  There are many types of appeals as a matter of appealing the lower court's decision. An appeal is a request to have a higher court review the previous case proceedings.

The initial verdict in a civil case is not your last word. Both sides have the right to appeal.

If the verdict was not in your favor, you can file an appeal.

Contact MTJA if you have questions about appealing your federal case.
