Orders of Enforcement

What is an order of enforcement of possession used to conduct?  Well, forcible entry and detainer is a proceeding conducted to recover possession of land for a person who was wrongfully deprived of possession. Forcible intrusion includes  the initiation of legal proceedings by the rightful owner against a "squatter" to regain possession of the land.

Typically, a tenant can be evited for violating one or more of the following:

1. Failing to make lease payments timely

2. Keeping pets or other people that were not allowed to reside on the premises under the lease agreement

3. Conducting criminal activity on the premises
